The first opportunity is our Freight Administrator position. Additional positions will become available as the U.S. operation develops.

Experience with our specific systems is not required. We will walk you through them.
FreightMover247 will provide training on our systems, processes and ways of working. We're looking for someone with relevant freight or logistics experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What the Freight Administrator will do.
Shipment Processing
- Process and coordinate U.S. freight shipments
- Enter and manage shipments in FreightMover247 systems
- Verify shipment information
- Coordinate shipment details
- Track shipment status
Customer & Carrier Communication
- Communicate with customers
- Communicate with carriers
- Communicate with brokers
- Resolve basic operational issues
- Follow up on missing information
Documentation
- Review BOLs
- Review PODs
- Review rate confirmations
- Maintain shipment documentation
- Follow up on missing documents
Billing
- Prepare customer invoices
- Submit invoices through customer/broker portals
- Handle basic billing discrepancies
Payments & Accounts Receivable
- Receive and record customer payments
- Reconcile payments against invoices
- Monitor outstanding invoices
- Follow up on overdue invoices
Operations
- Maintain accurate records
- Support day-to-day U.S. operations
- Help improve administrative processes
- Report operational issues to management
From shipment to payment.
Shipment Received
Customer sends a new shipment request.
Load Processed
Shipment information is reviewed and entered.
Carrier Coordinated
Carrier/broker information and rate confirmation are managed.
Pickup & Transit
Shipment moves through the transportation process.
Delivered
Delivery is completed and POD is collected.
Customer Invoiced
Invoice is prepared and submitted.
Payment Received
Payment is received, recorded and reconciled.
